Yes that’s correct -TRU Perfumes does not charge for standard shipping within Australia. We want our customers to be able to get the goods from the comfort of their home, as that is essentially what online shopping is all about.

As this is a standard protocol of online shipping, TRU Perfumes reserves the right to request further identification for additional security reference checks such as telephone/ID verification. We also reserve the right to cancel any orders made by customers who refuse to comply with our security reference checks.
All perfumes are bubble wrapped and securely packed inside a cardboard box to avoid any potential damage in transit.
All goods are shipped within 24 working hours once the order has been placed. During peak times and sale periods, please allow additional time for your order to be processed (thank you for your patience!)
Shipping within Australia:
We offer Parcel delivery service provided by Australia Post and customers can track the journey of their parcel on www.auspost.com.au. The standard transit times once the goods are dispatched are 2-3 business days for Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide metro. Brisbane, Darwin, Hobart, Perth metro will take 3-6 business days. All other areas will be 7 business days.

For urgent orders select the ‘Express Post’ option at checkout and for an additional $16.50, customers are guaranteed express delivery.
International (Worldwide) deliveries:
We offer International Express Shipping to NZ at $40 only. Orders are shipped via DHL. The delivery timeframes is 5-12 business day.
Any additional import duties and taxes, customs clearance charges applicable within your country, will be paid by you. All import taxes vary from country to country and we are not responsible for those additional taxes. Please check with your local authorities before placing an international order with us.
Please note we do not ship to PO box and also ensure the shipping address is entered correctly and all details provided for international shipping and we are not liable for any loss or return orders due incomplete or erroneous shipping address.
STORE PICKUP option as the shipping method is available, Please Email to clearly request this option as soon as you place the order. Once the email has been received, the dispatch team will contact the customer and schedule a suitable time for collection from our store on 12 Fisher Street, Silverwater NSW 2128. To avoid delays and waiting at the time of pickup, we request customers NOT TO walk into the warehouse without prior coordination by mail. Depending on the time of the order, either same day pick up or next day will be scheduled.
Order Cancellation Policy:
Before the order is shipped, if you wish to cancel it please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and call us on 1300 225 250 or 0466 225 250 to confirm the cancellation. Full amount will be refunded if customer has notified us prior to shipping the order.
However, if in the event the aforementioned process is not followed and the order gets shipped, we do not take responsibility of it. Should this occur, then in order to cancel the order, we will request a recall of our parcel from Australia post. Any shipping charges incurred as a result of the error in order placement on the part of the customer, is borne by the customer. As soon as the parcel is returned back to us by Australia Post we will subsequently refund the order less the shipping charges.
No refunds/change of mind on home fragrances.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If one week (7 days) have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not offer 'Change of Mind' refund policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with wrapping.
To complete your return, we require your order number that you would have received in your email.
Please send us an email to email@example.com with a reason for your return and we will get back to you with a RMA number by email. The email will also state the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. A restocking fee of $15 will be deducted before processing the refund.
In the event the customer has placed an order for a wrong item and if they wish to cancel the order before the item is shipped TRU Perfumes reserves the right to charge a 5% admin fee on the cancellation. Where the order has been dispatched we will charge $15 restocking fee before refunding the order.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
